Our equipment is carefully chosen so that it is the most versatile and appropriate for the variety of customers and packages with which we work. The equipment is similar from truck to truck to ensure consistency from one bottling run to the next. Our typical operating speeds are from 75% to 90% of maximum for each piece of equipment. This allows us to run at faster operating speeds with minimal stress on the equipment. We perform major maintenance on an annual basis when all equipment is broken down and rebuilt. Our equipment lasts longer and has fewer breakdowns.
The bottle is inverted and sparged with winery provided gas while vacuum aids in drawing out particles. Maximum bottle height is 12.5”. (Please inquire about sparging taller bottles.)
24 gravity-filling spouts frill from a 95 gallon bowl under low vacuum.
4-head corker with integrated vacuum system allows for application with negative pressure
in headspace.
4-head machine applies 30mm x 60mm ROPP capsules.
Unit injects a drop of liquid nitrogen directly into headspace immediately prior to application
of screw caps.

Both the FAstra (Lines 1 and 2) and the Superbloc F8 apply and spin down either polylaminate or tin capsules. The heads can be reversed so that capsules can be produced in either direction. Head speed averages 15bpm on the FAstra and 12bpm on the Superbloc F8.
Two stations allow the body labels to be on the same or separate rolls. A third station can be used for neck or shoulder labels. Bottle/label orientation is available on the rotary labeler.
Unit generates nitrogen from ambient air. Oversized unit allows high gas flow while maintaining gas purity of 99.5% and greater.
